Banana bread is a moist and flavorful bread-like cake that is made with ripe bananas. It's a popular baked good that has a slightly dense and tender texture, often with a sweet and rich taste. This is a fluffier, lighter version of the original recipe.

Ingredients

- 240 g (2 cups) wheat flour

- 5 g (⅓ tablespoon) of salt

- 5 g (⅓ tablespoon) of chemical yeast for cake

- 3 g (⅓ tablespoon) cinnamon powder

- 120 g (½ cup) melted unsalted butter

- 150 g (¾ cup) brown or demerara sugar

- 2 eggs

- 150 g (2 to 4 units) ripe banana


Step by Step

- Combine the flour, yeast, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and mix

- In another bowl, add the sugar and melted butter, mix well until it forms a uniform paste

- Then add the eggs to the sugar and butter, beat well

- Mash the bananas very well and mix with the sugar, butter and eggs

- Sift the dry ingredients into the wet mixture little by little, then place the dough in a greased pan and put it in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees
